Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your curls. Because our products are personal care items, a few hygiene-based rules apply — here's everything in plain language.
Return window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return on any unopened, unused product. It must be in its original packaging, and you'll need your order number or proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on any product that has been opened or used. This is standard for haircare and helps us keep every order safe for the next customer.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything shows up damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at KhalidAgami26@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo. We'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — you won't need to send anything back.
How to start a return
Email KhalidAgami26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If it's approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us — items sent without an approved return can't be accepted.
Return shipping
For unopened returns, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping. For Canadian orders, you're also responsible for any customs or duty fees on the return. If the return is due to our error or a damaged item, we cover everything.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval and you still don't see it, email us at KhalidAgami26@gmail.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap is to request a return on your unopened item, then place a new order for what you want.
